We conduct thorough risk assessments before every operation and coordinate with neighbouring properties.
Yes, many of our operations are conducted at night using thermal optics and infrared technology. Night operations are particularly effective for nocturnal species like feral pigs, foxes, and wild dogs. Our thermal drone surveys also perform best at night when heat signatures are most distinct.
All trapped animals are handled in accordance with NSW Department of Primary Industries guidelines. Depending on the species and situation, animals may be humanely dispatched on-site or relocated where appropriate and legally permitted. Animal welfare is a priority in all our operations.

Yes. All JBM drone operators are CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) certified and operate in full compliance with Australian aviation regulations. We respect landowner and neighbour privacy at all times , our drones are used strictly within approved operational areas and for agreed purposes. We do not collect, store, or share footage beyond operational requirements without client consent.
No. JBM Feral Animal Management uses non-chemical methods only. We do not use 1080, PAPP, or any other poisons or baits in our operations. Our methods, including shooting, trapping, and drone detection, are targeted, controlled, and avoid the risks of non-target species poisoning and environmental contamination. This makes our approach suitable for sensitive areas, properties with working dogs, and clients who prefer chemical-free pest management.
Yes. We understand that feral animal problems can escalate quickly and cause significant losses. We offer emergency callout services for urgent situations , such as a wild dog pack actively taking livestock, or a sudden feral pig incursion on a property. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. For standard bookings, we can typically schedule operations within a few days, depending on current workload and seasonal demand.
